Minimally Invasive
Subchondroplasty
Next-generation subchondral bone repair and therapy.

The Subchondroplasty® (SCP®) Procedure is a minimally invasive surgery enabling surgeons to target and treat subchondral bone defects, often referred to as Bone Marrow Lesions (BMLs).

Subchondroplasty® (SCP®)
A minimally-invasive, fluoroscopically-assisted intervention that targets and fills subchondral bone defects, often called Bone Marrow Lesions (BML), with AccuFill® Bone Substitute Material. Usually performed along with arthroscopy to aid in visualization.
Key Highlights
- Nanocrystalline, highly porous injectable calcium phosphate (CaP)
- Mimics chemical composition/structure of natural human bone
- Flows to fill defects, hardens isothermally at 37°C
- Replaced with new bone during the healing process
- AccuPort Cannulas: 11G (side/end) and 15G (end)
